About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in your region by building, training, and managing a team of high-performing sales agents while developing strong client relationships.
This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential, including weekly commissions, monthly and annual bonuses, and lifetime residual income.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your assigned region.
Recruit, train, and mentor independent sales agents to drive revenue growth.
Build lasting client relationships through in-person visits, calls, Zoom meetings, and ongoing communication.
Deliver tailored merchant solutions and communicate value effectively.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success.
Stay informed on payment technologies, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Represent VMS at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
Proven success in outside sales and leadership, ideally in merchant services, payment processing, or financial services.
Consistent achievement in commission-based environments.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong motivation for success.
Ability to manage a team while working independently.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
