Position Overview

The Product Management & Innovation Leader will partner with consulting teams, engineers, designers, and enterprise clients to develop innovative digital products, AI-driven solutions, and scalable business capabilities across a variety of industries.

This role combines strategic product leadership, agile execution, innovation management, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate brings strong technical fluency, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building customer-centric products that drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Innovation

• Lead the development of customer-centric digital products and AI-enabled solutions aligned with client business objectives.
• Translate business needs, market insights, and customer research into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
• Facilitate ideation sessions, innovation workshops, and product discovery initiatives.
• Drive the creation and validation of Proof of Concepts (POCs), Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and scalable enterprise solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.

Product Development & Agile Execution

• Partner with engineering, analytics, research, and design teams to deliver high-quality digital products.
• Manage product lifecycle activities including roadmap planning, prioritization, sprint planning, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to guide product execution and continuous improvement.
• Balance user experience, business priorities, and technical feasibility throughout development.
• Support implementation of AI and data-driven capabilities within enterprise environments.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders across multiple industries.
• Present complex technical concepts in a clear and business-focused manner.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership teams to align product initiatives with strategic goals.
• Drive consensus and maintain momentum across cross-functional teams and client organizations.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing team culture.
• Mentor junior product managers and cross-functional team members.
• Contribute to internal best practices, thought leadership, and innovation initiatives.
• Share learnings and help strengthen organizational capabilities in product management and innovation.

Qualifications & Experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Design, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, digital innovation, consulting, technology, or startup environments.
• Proven experience managing software development initiatives and digital product delivery.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Lean Startup, and human-centered design methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with engineers, designers, researchers, and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex, fast-changing environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with AI-powered products, machine learning solutions, or enterprise-scale technology platforms.
• Familiarity with modern product development tools and AI-assisted workflows.
• Consulting or professional services experience preferred.
• Experience facilitating innovation workshops and product strategy sessions.
• Master’s degree or advanced certifications in Product Management, Technology, or Business-related disciplines is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

• Competitive base salary approximately $220,000+ annually, depending on experience and location.
• Annual performance-based bonus opportunities.
