What You'll Do

• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models and valuation analyses

• Support mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic transactions
• Monitor economic developments and market activity

• Collaborate with portfolio managers, bankers, traders, executives, and institutional clients

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and intellectual curiosity

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA, CPA, MBA, or progress toward professional designation
• Experience in investment banking, equity research, valuation, consulting, corporate finance, or asset management
• Knowledge of Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet, Refinitiv, or similar platforms
• Experience building DCF, comparable company, merger, LBO, or operating models
