What You'll Do

- Support mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic transactions
- Monitor economic developments and market activity
- Present investment recommendations and actionable insights to senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with portfolio managers, bankers, traders, executives, and institutional clients
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and intellectual curiosity
Preferred Qualifications
- CFA, CPA, MBA, or progress toward professional designation
- Experience in investment banking, equity research, valuation, consulting, corporate finance, or asset management
- Knowledge of Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet, Refinitiv, or similar platforms
- Experience building DCF, comparable company, merger, LBO, or operating models
